Prep + Seal
Failed sealant is cut out and the joint cleaned to sound substrate. Backer rod is set to the right depth. Primer goes on where the manufacturer requires it. Then the bead is tooled for proper profile and contact.

Debris hauled, work area wiped down, 5-year written warranty on every joint we sealed β in your hand before we leave.
